21 July 2022: AIS eSports is wowing Thai eSports again with the biggest Pokémon Unite tournament in Thailand in partnership with The Pokémon Company, to celebrate Pokémon Unite's first anniversary of launch in the games market. AIS 5G eSports Open Thailand 2022: Pokémon Unite. The tournament has been long-awaited by gamers of the Pokémon franchise and its loveable characters Pikachu, Cinderace, Venusaur, Charizard and Snorlax, among many others. It is a new kind of multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) game, not fighting only to attack the other's goal zone, but a focus on teamwork and making a plan of attack, while collectively summoning Aeos energy to get the most points when dunking a goal zone within 10 minutes. Game play is in 5-a-side teams focussed on teamplay and planning.
