For this reason, we have always been determined to continue developing myAIS to cater to the demands of the constantly changing modern lifestyles, and providing more convenient experience. We have now taken another step with the new app features that combine services and privileges of the popular lifestyles of health, shopping, and dining, to upgrade the user experience in the New Normal to another level.”
myAIS has now offered additional services to cater customer needs of the 3 key lifestyles:
- Health: Services and privileges in the well-being category have been brought together. For health, there are discounts on telemedicine services, insurance for adverse reactions to the COVID-19 vaccine, and discounts at over 400 leading drug stores nationwide. Following the trend of increased interest in health and beauty, AIS has expanded the service of “online dermatology” in partnership with Skin X, the first app to provide a complete range of skin care services online. AIS and AIS Fibre customers receive 100 Baht discount. AIS Serenade customers can get one free consultation worth 250 Baht.
- Shopping: Since the beginning of the year, the redemption of online shopping privileges has doubled. AIS has thus teamed up with The Mall to bring the store onto customers’ smartphones under the campaign “myAIS Mobile Life Store Powered by M Online.” Easy shopping on myAIS is for fans of online shopping, with compelling personalized product offers. Over 250 highlighted products are eligible for privileges of discounts up to 400 Baht for a purchase of 2,000 Baht or more.
- Dining: AIS is offering many discounts on food delivery. During the recent lockdown, total privileges redeemed kept growing to over 6 times the amount pre-pandemic. Now the government has allowed food delivery platforms to join Phase 3 of the 50/50 Program, AIS has partnered with LINE MAN to keep customers full, with over 50% discounts!
