Most recently, highlighting the concept “We know you the best, and give you more than you expect,” myAIS has added new features for today’s key lifestyles of health, shopping, and dining, all in a single app.

Bussaya Satirapipatkul, Head of Customer & Service Management at AIS noted, “Tracking service usage behavior through different channels by customers and the Thai public, we have discovered that the online channel like myAIS, which combined the functions of AIS shop and AIS Call Center, has become the number one channel as the most used app with over 30 million transactions / month from 8 million active users / month. Total downloads have increased 50% from last year. We believe this is because the app meets people’s every need in real time. For this reason, we have always been determined to continue developing myAIS to cater to the demands of the constantly changing modern lifestyles, and providing more convenient experience. We have now taken another step with the new app features that combine services and privileges of the popular lifestyles of health, shopping, and dining, to upgrade the user experience in the New Normal to another level.”

Meeting their needs to provide the right services and experiences requires thorough understanding of the changes occurred. It is a challenge to create services that fulfill both functional and emotional needs. Our goal is for customers to receive the best experience from us. A single product or service will not be the answer for every group of customers.
