Referring to Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited ("The Company") has approved the capital reduction of Digital Phone Company Limited (DPC), a 98.55% subsidiary of the Company, by reducing its registered capital from 1,462,186,168 shares to 365,546,542 shares, at the same par value of Baht 10. The Company would like to inform that DPC has already registered the reduction of its registered capital with Business Development Department, Ministry of Commerce on October 6, 2011. ______________________________________________________________________
