Anti-Bribery and Corruption

AIS intends to operate its business with a sense of honesty, transparency and in accordance with good corporate governance principles. AIS established the Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy against any type of giving, bribing and corruption by recognizing that giving or bribing and corruption is a serious threat that destroys free and fair competition including causing damage to economic and social development.

Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy

AIS established the Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy in order to use as the guideline for performing duties of directors, executives and employees and to comply with the rules and guidelines as well as to prevent the company and directors, executives, employees and other stakeholders from violating the law concerning anti-bribery and corruption. The policy explicitly addresses the following essences:

AIS must not make any political contribution in terms of both monetary and non-monetary.
AIS must not make any facilitation payments.
In terms of charitable contribution, AIS will provide a support whether by direct financial aid or service in-kind without demand, expectation of a business return or used as a subterfuge for bribery.
The giving and receiving of any gifts from third parties are prohibited if it’s considered as misconduct from AIS’s business ethics.

The certification to be a member of the Thai's Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC)

AIS actively demonstrates its commitment to anti-bribery and anti-corruption policies by engaging in various external initiatives:

    AIS received renewed certification from Thailand’s Private Sector Collective Action Coalition Against Corruption (CAC) on 11 November 2024. The certification is valid for a period of three years from the date of approval. This certification affirms that AIS and its group companies have established and effectively implemented anti-bribery and anti-corruption policies and practices, and that their personnel do not engage in any form of corruption, whether directly or indirectly. The scope of such practices covers key operational processes, including charitable donations and sponsorships, human resource management, and other related activities.

    Company executives and employees have collectively expressed their stance against corruption by participating in two key events: the Anti-Corruption Organization of Thailand’s awareness campaign on 6 September 2025, and the International Anti-Corruption Day event organized by the Thai government on 9 December 2025.

    AIS continues to enforce its "No Gift Policy" during the New Year and all festive seasons, discouraging the acceptance of gifts from business partners and stakeholders. This policy is widely communicated through internal and external online channels to reinforce ethical practices and prevent conflicts of interest.
