With reference to the news as appeared in various newspapers that TOT Public Company Limited ("TOT") has sent a letter demanding Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited (the "Company") to pay an additional revenue sharing due to the decrease of revenue sharing rate for Pre-paid service, the deduction of the cost relating to the roaming and the deduction of excise tax out of the revenue sharing in the total amount of 73 Billion Baht. The Company would like to inform that the Company has not yet received the said letter and if there is any development, the Company will inform the Stock Exchange of Thailand for your acknowledgement and dissemination to the public and investors. ______________________________________________________________________
