Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited ("the Company") would like to
submit the reviewed consolidated and company financial statements for 2Q09. In
addition, the Company would like to clarify the reasons of a difference in net
profit, which decreased by more than 20% from the same period of last year as
follows;
In 2Q09, consolidated net profit was Baht 4,197 million, decreased from Baht
6,333 million in 2Q08 or 33.7% y-o-y. For 1H09, net profit was Baht 8,765
million, a decrease of 23.5% y-o-y from Baht 11,456 million in 1H08. This

this gain and other non-recurring item, net profit in 2Q09 would decline 18.0%
