To: The President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited ("the Company") would like to notify that Data Line ThaiCompany Limited ("DLT"), a subsidiary in which the Company owns 65.00% of its total shares had registered the dissolution of a company with the Business Development Department, the Ministry of Commerce, on November 29, 2007. DLT is completed the process of liquidation and as a result is dissolved as a juristic entity effective on May 13, 2008. DLT had not been operating the business since 2007. Therefore, the liquidation of DLT has not affected the business operation of the Company. Please be informed accordingly.
