Designation the Auditing Fee for the year 2000 being the amount of not excess Baht 2,500,000 (Baht two Million and five hundred thousand) limited. 6. Approval for omitting dividend payment for the year 1999 due to the Company's plan to expand its network and adding investment in telecommunications' equipment this year.
