(ADVANC) would like to mark the additional notitfication regarding its purchase of investment with the following details. 1. ADVANC will enter into the execution of the transaction with Shinawatra Computer and Communications PLC. (SHIN) after the Board of Directors of SHIN passes the resolution to sell its shares of Shinawatra Wireless Marketing Co.,LTD> (SWM) in the meeting which will be held on 13 Novemver 1998 at 2.00 pm., and after ADVANCs shareholders passes the resolution to approve the purchase in the meeting which will be held on 18 December, 1998 at 10.00 am. 2. According to the resolution to approve the purchase of SWMs shares in the total amount of not more than 700 million Baht passed by ADVANCs Board of Directors, ADVANC has considered the firms valuation approaches as follews; 2.1 calculate by Net Book Value approach, obtaining SWMs value of 590 million Baht 2.2 calculate by Discounted Cash flow approach, obtaining SWMs Value in the range betawen 600 - 700 million Baht. 2.3 calculate by EBITDA Multiple approach, obtaining SWMs value of 560 million Baht. 3.
