Re : Submission of Financial Statement as of Quarter 1/1998 Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited would like to submit companys audited financial statements at Q1/1998 as of March 31,1998 and 1997. The companys net income at Q1/1998(THB 1,741 million) denotes the better performance than that of Q1/1997 (THB 908 million) due to the gain on exchange rate of THB 1,438 million. However, excluding the said item, the companys net income from operation at Q1/1998 is less than of Q1/1997. This is due to the increase in interest payment amounting THB 308 million.
