An Approval of the Long Term Loan from BA Asia Limited and Svenska Handelabanden AB, Singapore Branch a loan of 3 year US$ 93 Mil. or approximately Baht 2,970 Mil. at the rate of a 6 months LIBOR plus an annual fee as specified in each agreement. The proceeds of the loan will be used to finance Advanc's purchase of telecommunications equipment from Ericsson Thailand Ltd.
