Advanced Info Service Plc. (ADVANC) reported that Mr. Somkiat Phaloprakarn, a director of ADVANC, has resigned at the board of directors' meeting held on December 3, 1996. The board therefore resolved to appoint Mr. Boonklee Plangsiri as a director to succeed Mr. Sompop. The signatory directors's authority was also amended as follows: ADVANC's signatory directors are comprised of Mr. Niyom Purakam, Mr. Somprasong Boonyachai, and Mr. Boonklee Plangsiri. Either two of the three directors co-sign with the company's seal.
