Also, ADVANC announced the record date of the debenture to determine the right to receive interest and principle payment on July 6, 2012 and the closing date of the registered book for gathering the debenture holders, names under the Section 225 of the Securities and Exchange Act B.E.2535 will be on July 9, 2012 for further redemption and payment process. Therefore, to comply with the settlement and securities transfer system, ADVANC has asked the SET to suspend trading of AIS127A effective from July 5, 2012 to July 22, 2012. Since July 23, 2012, AIS127A will no longer be listed securities on the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
