The SET reminds investors to carefully monitor the Supreme Administrative Court's ruling regarding 3G licenses auction. This refers to the news regarding the injunction previously issued by the Central Administrative Court to suspend the 3G licenses auction and subsequently the appeal of National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) against the Central Administrative Court's ruling to the Supreme Administrative Court. The NTC's appeal is under the consideration of Supreme Administrative Court. The ruling on the case will be announced by the Supreme Administrative Court on Thursday 23 September 2010.
