To The President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Pursuance to the Terms and Conditions of the debentures of Advanced Info Service Plc.; AIS099A, AIS119A, AIS134A, AIS139A, AIS127A and AIS141A, the Company is required to maintain debt to equity ratio at not more than 2:1. This ratio will be calculated from a consolidated financial statement of the Company on semi-annually basis. The Company is, in addition, required to report a default on any debt obligation if there is any. We would like to notify you that as at 30 June 2009 the debt to equity ratio were 0.54 times and the Company was not in default of any debt obligation.
