"SATTEL" The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) has ordered the trading suspension of SHIN CORPORATION "SHIN", ADVANCED INFO SERVICE Plc."ADVANC", CS LOXINFO Plc."CSL", ITV Plc. "ITV" and SHIN SATELLITE Plc. "SATTEL" ("Companies") because the companies have requested that the SET temporarily suspend trading in the mentioned securities according to SHIN's major shareholders sold its securities in the amount of 1,487,740,120 shares, equal to 49.595% of SHIN's paid up capital, to Cedar Holdings Limited ("Cedar") and Aspen Holdings Limited ("Aspen") at the price of 49.25 baht per share. The Companies consider this information is significant and may affect to the price of the Companies' securities and the investment decision making as well as to provide enough time for all investors to analyze this information. Now, the Companies have completely clarified or disclosed the relevant material information, which has been broadly disseminated through the SET's disclosure systems in a period of time for all investors to be informed and to analyze the information. Thus, the SET permitted resumption of trading of the mentioned securities from morning trading session of January 24, 2006 onwards.
