"SATTEL" The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) has ordered the trading suspension of SHIN CORPORATION "SHIN", ADVANCED INFO SERVICE Plc."ADVANC", CS LOXINFO Plc."CSL", ITV Plc. "ITV" and SHIN SATELLITE Plc. "SATTEL" ("Companies") because the companies have requested that the SET temporarily suspend trading in the mentioned securities according to SHIN's major shareholders sold its securities in the amount of 1,487,740,120 shares, equal to 49.595% of SHIN's paid up capital, to Cedar Holdings Limited ("Cedar") and Aspen Holdings Limited ("Aspen") at the price of 49.25 baht per share.
