"SATTEL" The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) has ordered the trading halt of SHIN CORPORATION "SHIN", ADVANCED INFO SERVICE Plc."ADVANC", CS LOXINFO Plc."CSL", ITV Plc. "ITV", and SHIN SATELLITE Plc. "SATTEL" ("Companies") because significant information is circulating concerning there were big lot transactions for 49.59% of SHIN's paid-up capital at 49.25 baht per share. Since SHIN CORPORATION Plc. is a major shareholder in ADVANC, CSL, ITV and SATTEL, this might affect trading of their securities, but the SET has not yet been officially informed. Therefore, the SET has temporarily halted trading of the Companies' securities, effective from 11.37 a.m. of January 23, 2006 until SHIN CORPORATION has clarified or disclosed this material information to the SET.
