*On 12 February 2010, the Board passed a resolution proposing to the 2009 AGM the payment of dividends for the year 2009, at the rate of Bt6.30 per share, Bt 3.00 each of which was paid as an interim dividend on 10 September 2009. In addition, the Board also passed a resolution to propse a special dividend at the rate of Bt 5.00 per share. The proposed dividends shall be approved by the shareholders.
